I grew up playing basketball in my back yard and out with my friends in a small Florida town and played a lot in my youth. I turned to baseball during my early teens to follow my dad and played heavily until my junior year of high school. Even then i always practiced in my spare time. During my senior year and my only year playing high school basketball I learned more from my coach then I did most teachers. Athleticism doesn't give you heart and I failed at that level. I joined the Navy after my first year of college classes to gain some maturity and to get access to real world experience that college wasn't giving me. Basketball is my sport and it will always be. I'm looking to help other and lead by example. Being 6'3 at my weight with my speed and basketball IQ gives me a great advantage that I would love to bring to a team. Defense is a priority and offense is a nature. Anything that I can help with I always will.
