I am a Defensive Tackle (6’0, 295lbs.) out of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania training under Duane Brown (210ths Speed & Agility), Dew Spicher (Precision PT & Performance) and Al “Poodie” Carson (Israeli Krav Maga Football Combatives). I am able to provide any type of info or film required that is necessary for this process as well. (Training, lifts, film, techniques, speed, power etc.).
