I was born and raised in Massachusetts where I played ice hockey and lacrosse. I started learning and playing ice hockey when I was three years old. I was fortunate enough to have been a four year starter at my high school as a defenseman. Along with being able to start all four years, I was also voted captain of the team my junior and senior year. I gave thoughts about where I wanted to go next with my hockey career but ended up not pursuing it due to a lack of interest in college at that time. I worked for a year in Boston at the TD Garden working in their special operations group. After a year of working there I decided I wanted to continue my family tradition of serving our country and being a part of the best team in the world, the U.S. Army. I am currently working hard on my physical attributes and hope in a year to be able to play on a post team. When my contract is up I want to go to college to build on my law enforcement knowledge and continue my hockey career. I know after my contract I’ll be exactly where I want to be in order to compete at the level needed. I am extremely grateful to be where I am now and will continue training and pushing myself for current and future endeavors.
