I was a three-year varsity football player at Chickasha High School, Chickasha OK. I was the only WR to achieve to achieve over 1000 yards receiving 2 seasons in a row. I played both sides of the ball, cornerback on defense while also contributing on special teams. Throughout my career, I focused on being a well-rounded athlete and scored touchdowns rushing, receiving, on an interception, returning a punt and returning a kickoff.
My senior and junior year I achieved first team all conference WR while being awarded MVP my senior season. I got invited to attend multiple visits over the summer at some of the big division 1 schools such as Oklahoma, Oklahoma state, Tulsa, Texas and a few others. I would prefer to be on the offensive side of the ball but I have no problem switching positions to give my team a better chance of success.
I feel strongly that my time in the military has made me a stronger leader, mentally and physically tougher to handle adversity and ultimately a better athlete. I am interested in the opportunity of joining a team where I can leverage my experience and be an asset whether it be in a game or as a leader in the locker room. I know that I will give 110% to the team and as a United States Army veteran, I hold myself to the highest of academic and athletic standards.
