Bio

My Name is Cesar Ruiz, I am 21 years old. Since I put on my first set of pads, I knew I wanted to play college football. I played from 5th grade all throughout high school. I worked hard in school, weight room, and on the field. I played 2 years of Varsity my junior and senior year, I played at multiple positions on Defense so I was a ATH player. On the offensive side of the ball I played (WR,RB, and FB). I always wanted to play For UVA since I was a kid, but I ended up landing a DIII school in Ohio called the College of Wooster. I quit after camp because of personal issues. But I attended a Community college back home while working 2 jobs, and I was independent. Later on I joined the ARMY and I felt that as if it was what I needed to get my life back together mentally, physically, and financially. I feel that I have the right tools now to be apart of a schools football program, I am ready to live up to my childhood dream!!
